Nina Tatarowicz, one of Chicago's leading ladies in Argentine Tango, is starting a spring / summer session for beginners, guaranteed to have you dancing the tango all summer long!
Check out the details below. It takes 2 to tango, but you don't need a partner to come to class. Come alone or bring your friends!
Which Class is for YOU?
Basics: Building a Foundation with Walking Systems & Turns
Int / Adv: Should have 1+ year of regular Argentine Tango dancing, and be able to execute walking systems, ochos and giros and basic patterns with ease and control in a comfortable embrace.
Please be aware that there is much more to Tango "Basics" than can be covered in just one session. Therefore, "Basics" needs to be completed at least 2 times before moving on to any Intermediate / Advanced work. If you are not sure about your level, please ask the instructor.
Nina's Tango Elixir Basics @ ATI
Nina Tatarowicz offers ongoing tango classes designed to give you the fundamentals to a connected, elegant dance.
Come to the Basics Class if you have been dancing for less than 1 year, if you want to brush up on your fundamentals, or try the other role!
New format: 1 hour class + 1/2 hour practica!

8 Weeks: Special Int/Adv Tango Seminar with Nina from 9/16 - 11/4
Alejandro "Lucho" Lucero will be arriving in the US from Argentina in September. He and Nina will be teaching a special series of workshops while he is here. The dates of the session that Lucho is not in Chicago, Nina will teach on her own or with other visiting instructors.
